Workmanship warranty

Dillon Closet Company warrants its workmanship — construction, assembly, and installation performed by our team — for one (1) year from the date of installation. If a defect in our workmanship appears in that period, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.

Hardware & components

Drawer slides, hinges, rods, and accessories are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, which we pass through to you and help you claim. Many of the systems we install (such as premium soft-close hardware) carry limited lifetime manufacturer coverage.

Climate control

Wood and wood-composite products are sensitive to extremes of humidity and temperature. Our warranty requires the installation space be kept within normal residential conditions. Damage caused by excessive moisture, extreme temperature swings, structural movement, misuse, or unapproved alteration is not covered.

Caring for your storage

Wipe surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth; avoid harsh solvents and abrasives. Keep standing water off panels and edges. Adjust shelves and drawer alignment as seasons change — or call us and we’ll do it. If anything loosens, sticks, or squeaks, one call to the shop takes care of it: 508-939-0469.

Service after installation

You hired one company, and that’s who shows up afterward too. Warranty service is handled by our own team, scheduled directly with the shop.
